TulipFocusing is a body-based awareness process, which has a remarkable ability to bring forward movement, and satisfying change. It is a direct means of accessing our own body wisdom. It involves sensing, being present, developing intuition and refining our emotions through our natural Felt Sense. In this way we develop emotional intelligence.

We can focus on a specific topic or just tune in to discover what in our inner world wants to be known. To begin with Focusing is learnt with a guide or teacher. After learning the basics, most people continue to Focus in partnerships, taking turns to Focus within and to be the companion. It is also possible to Focus alone – anywhere, anytime.
